I'd used a water unit for a few months, I opted to add an LA Pump with a safer gauge to my routine- and I can confirm, LA Pump's units simply work.
Use a bit of lube, and take your time- 6 to warm up, and 10 to 12 for 5 minutes at a time.

After using a 9x2 inch one for a little more than a year fairly solidly, it's past time to upsize to a 2.25! They offer lots of customizable options and sizes- it's great that the best shop in Canada carries these and handles all the customs and duties stuff for us!

This is a new cylinder bought. We now have a few different attachments for our LA Pump. It is smooth and sturdy. Very easy to get a good seal of seal area is clean shaven and a few drops of lube are added where skin meets cylinder. I found with penis pumping that a bit of lube on penis works well so when the cylinder starts to fill it allows easy expansion and it doesn’t stick to the tube. May upsize in a while depending on if needed.

Fits comfortably and has good suction. Holds the pressure after the pump is released.
